If you are a Non-Resident Pakistani (NRP) or an eligible foreign national of Pakistani origin, you can open an HBL Roshan Digital Account (RDA) completely online without visiting a bank branch.

What is an HBL Roshan Digital Account?
The HBL Roshan Digital Account (RDA) is a digital banking account launched under the State Bank of Pakistan’s Roshan Digital Account initiative. It allows overseas Pakistanis to:
- Open a Pakistani bank account online
- Send money to Pakistan
- Invest in Roshan Naya Pakistan Certificates
- Invest in the Pakistan Stock Exchange
- Receive a debit card
- Use HBL Mobile Banking
- Hold accounts in PKR or selected foreign currencies (HBL)
Eligibility
You can apply if you are:
- Non-Resident Pakistani (NRP)
- NICOP holder
- POC holder
- Pakistani living abroad
- Eligible foreign national under the RDA program (HBL)
Documents Required
Before starting, prepare scanned copies of:

Type your email address.

Enter:

- CNIC/NICOP Number
